The Creative Tests That Actually Moved Sales

Most creative testing measures the wrong thing. A hook that wins on view-through often loses on purchase, and the report still calls it a winner.
We test in small amounts against the metric that pays: adds to cart, calls, bookings. Three variants, one variable at a time, enough spend to be readable and no more.
What moved sales, repeatedly, was rarely the flashier edit. It was the version that showed the product doing its job in the first two seconds, and the version that named the price early.
The month closes with a plain read of what performed, and the next calendar is built from that rather than from taste.
